Description

With a meticulous eye for detail, Dan's dedication to accuracy is matched only by his proactive approach in foreseeing potential challenges and swiftly implementing solutions.

Throughout his activity, Dan provided legal advice on both contentious and non-contentious matters for a large array of clients active in various industries, such as energy, construction, retail, financial services or IT.

His ability to handle complex matters is endorsed by his academic background. Dan teaches Private International Law and International Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, and holds a Ph. D. in Private International Law from the University of Bucharest. He is the co-author of a treaty on International Commercial Law, author of a book on Private International Law and of numerous scientific studies concerning transnational legal matters.
